Bloggers Are Better Together

When you share your thoughts and images with the public online it's a very vulnerable position to be in. You open yourself up to the criticism of others and often subject yourself to even more stringent scrutiny by yourself. Meeting people in real life is not only a fun thing to do it's absolutely necessary to network, collaborate, share your successes and vent about your challenges (especially in times like these *side eye*).

Last Saturday, November 19, 2016 Black Bloggers United Toronto chapter met for a work session and conversation over coffee about all of the wonderful and annoying realities of maintaining a blog in our city. It may have been the last warm day of the year in The Six and we enjoyed the day so much that we stayed at Lucullus Bakery overtime to chat.
