The 3 S's in Second Class
The second class was as interesting as the first for one reason only: customer research. How do you get the statistics, demographics and psychographics on the customers you are trying to reach? Where do you look for answers? This was the main take-away question from our second session of Learn To Earn: Set and forget your social. For our students they learned the importance of the 3 Ss.
Students received free resources to try all three. In addition to your customer’s age, gender and location it’s important for you to find out the following:
What do my customers believe?
What makes their behaviour unique?
Where can I meet them in their daily lives?
How can I make them aware of my business and brand?
